  • Warranty claims processed through manufacturer directly

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used outdoor equipment or gear

  • Custom-sized or personalized items

  • Sale and clearance merchandise

  • Safety equipment (helmets, climbing gear) once opened

  • Food and consumable products

Return Process

  2. Provide order number and photos of items

  3. Receive approved return label and instructions

  4. Ship items within 7 days of authorization

Refund Processing

  • Refunds processed within 7-10 business days

  • Original shipping costs non-refundable

  • 15% restocking fee on used or damaged returns

  • Refunds issued to original payment method

Defective Equipment
Contact within 14 days for defective outdoor gear. We cover return shipping and provide replacement or refund.
